Players race to get rid of all their cards by matching them to the card shown on top of the deck. When players are down to one card, they must shout "UNO!" The deck adapts to add a new element for each level of play, moving from simple matching at Level 1 to incorporating action cards at Level 2 and penalty cards in Level 3!
