Join us at General Games Malvern for the Pokemon Mid Year Celebration!
Whether you're a seasoned trainer or just beginning your Pokemon journey, there's room for you - and if this if your first time ever playing the Pokemon TCG, just ask one of our friendly staff and we'll help teach you how to play!
This event will consist of two separate play sessions. Locals (with extra prizes) will be held as the main event in the morning, followed by a custom '23, '24 world event.
Main Event:
When: 11am Saturday 27th June (registration opens 10:30am)
Format: Standard, Best-of-Three, Swiss Pairings, Three-Four Rounds (dependent on attendance), 50 minutes per round.
Tickets: $15
Prizing:
Two packs per person into the prize pool, with each player walking away with at least one Pokemon! pack!
Each player may also choose one Play! Pokemon Prize pack, with potential extra packs for placing players!
Extra promos provided by the Pokemon Company will also be handed out as appropriate!

Important Details:
Decks must be standard-legal as of the morning of the tournament.
This is an official Play! Pokemon league tournament, and players will require a Pokemon Trainer Club Account to participate (we are more than happy to help you set one up if you haven't before).
Custom Side Event:
When: 2:30pm Saturday 27th June (registration opens 2pm)
Format: Custom 2023 or 2024 worlds, Best-of-Three, Swiss Pairings, Three Rounds, 50 minutes per round.
Tickets: Free! (A ticket must still be secured on our website to get a spot)
Prizing: Each player will get a Pokemon Prize pack for completing the event.
Extra prizing will also be given out during the event.
Important Details: A random deck will be provided. The complete deck MUST be returned at the conclusion of the event. There will be 10 minutes to look over your deck before round 1 starts.
Special rules will be announced on the day.
