It's the last Sunday of the month and that means Warhammer! It's our monthly Warhammer 40k tournament, whether you're a veteran wanting to hone those skills, or a new player wanting to get into the never ending war of the 41st millennium get that army together and come join in the fun.

Time: Registration 9:00am - 9:20am (YES, THE STORE WILL BE OPEN AT 9am)

FORMAT
Army Size: 1500pts
Table Size: 60"x44"
There will be 3 games played over the day with 150 min rounds.
We will be using the latest available Warhammer 40k FAQs and errata as they are officially published/updated.
No painting requirements.
Battle Ready points are NOT awarded towards the victory points total for determining the winner.
MAX VICTORY POINTS PER GAME IS 90pts.
*Max 45pts Primary Mission (Up to 15pts per battle round)
*Max 45pts Secondary Missions (Up to 15pts per battle round or Max. 20pts per fixed secondary mission card)
ARMY CONSTRUCTION
You will require an army of no more than 1500 points.
Incursion Restrictions are in place.
(Max. 2 of each datasheet, Max. 4 of each battleline and transports, Max. 2 enhancements & epic hero units have a limit of 1)
Detachments: Players are allowed to spend 2pts on detachments, or can take a single detachment worth up to 3pts.
Any unit that has a current 10th/11th Edition Codex may be used.
Your list must be submitted on Best Coast Pairings by 11:59pm on Friday the 25th of July, penalties for late lists will apply.
PLEASE NOTE: Your army force disposition you are using in the event must be noted on your army list upon submission.
MISSIONS
All Primary and Secondary Missions will be from the 2026-2027 Chapter Approved Mission Deck.
It is highly recommended that all players use and link up their games via the Warhammer 40k App 'war journal' feature. There is no subscription needed to use this and it's very user friendly, making game setup and admin much easier.
If this is not an option then players are required to have all recommended terrain layouts for their army's disposition matchups with them on the day, this is a free pdf download from Games Workshop.
Players will be required to setup the battlefield with their opponent before each game once they have received their disposition matchups. We ask players to knuckle down and do this as quickly as possible, working together to allow for maximum gameplay time.

Table Layout (A) - Mission as per opponent disposition matchup.
Round 2:
Table Layout (B) - Mission as per opponent disposition matchup.
Round 3:
Table Layout (C) - Mission as per opponent disposition matchup.
SCHEDULE
Registration: 9:00am - 9:20am
Round 1: 9:30am - 12:00pm
Lunch: 12:00pm - 12:30pm
Round 2: 12:30pm - 3:00pm
Round 3: 3:00pm - 5:30pm
Prizes & Wrap Up: 5:45pm - 6:00pm

All players also receive an additional 10% off any Warhammer 40k products after the event.
REPORTING RESULTS
It is up to the players to record their Tournament Scoring during each round of each game. If the Game Time finishes before the game does, we will roll-back scores to the previous Full Game Round for fairness.
Once your game has finished, the winner reports the result to the TO.
TOURNAMENT SCORING
The Event will run use W/L/D for final scoring.
Strength of Schedule will be first tie breaker.
Battle points will be first second breaker.
ITEMS TO BRING
An army, dice, tape measure, all relevant rules publications, chapter approved mission deck 2026-27 and 11th Ed terrain templates.
Some terrain template sets will be available to borrow if needed.

GAMESPLAY & SPORTSMANSHIP
This event should be considered an Entry Level Tournament.
There is a small prize pool to keep things interesting, but the focus of the event is to have an enjoyable day of gaming with new people.
New players are welcome, but please be as familiar with the rules as you can. We don't expect you to be an expert.
Experienced players welcome, remember you were once a new player, please try and make their days an enjoyable one.
Rules questions always come up. We encourage players to resolve them, but if you need the TO will make a ruling (right or wrong!), in order to get the game going again as fast as possible.
