Join us this holiday season for the first General Games Highpoint Warhammer 40k event!
When: Sunday December 7th
Time: 10:30am to 5:30pm (approx end time)
Where: General Games Highpoint
Cost: $20 (or free entry with the purchase of a Combat Patrol through the store)
This is a player's pack for the upcoming Xmas Themed event. Below will be the rules and limitations that players must follow in order to play.
This event is primarily focused on being beginner friendly. We wish to encourage fun play and sportsmanship above all else!
Players will use models and rules from a Combat Patrol of their choice, whether they have purchased one from our store or own one already.
Being fully painted is not required, but there is a prize for best painted!
Three games throughout the day:
Round 1: 10:30am – 12:30pm
Round 2: 1:15pm – 3:15pm
Round 3: 3:30pm – 5:30pm
Prizes will be given out to:
1st for Best Sport
2nd for Best Painted
3rd for Best General
Additional prizing for the players that collects the most gifts through their games across the day!
All participants will receive free objective markers, battle shock tokens, and measure sticks!
Custom Primary Mission:
GRAB ME PRESENTZ
Players score 5 points if they hold one objective, another 5 if they hold two and another 5 if they hold more than their opponent (to a max of 15) at the end of their Command Phase. These objectives will be decorated as presents. Players must keep a tally every time they hold an objective at the end of their Command Phase throughout their games for the day (Example; Calgar held 1 objective first turn, 2 second turn, 3 third turn and 2 fourth turn in game 1, so together he held 8 gifts ((objectives)) throughout the game. Next game, Calgar held onto 1 objective first turn, 3 second turn, 3 third turn and 4 fourth turn so adding those totals to the 8 from last game puts Calgar at 19).
Custom secondary missions themed to the event will be provided to players on the day. Players pull two secondary missions at the beginning of each Command Phase and may recycle one for a CP.
